Managing Director - Chris Parkes

Chris Parkes formed his first company in 1980 to manage the merchandising rights for rock giants U2 before adding Simple Minds, The Cure, UB40 Morrissey to the company roster.  He later established Merchandising For Life whose clients also included Simply Red, Dido, Coldplay and Radiohead. 

For the last 10 years  he held the position of Licensing Director at PHD creating apparel and accessory ranges and retail marketing strategies for rock bands as well as character properties licensed from some of the best known studios including 20th Century Fox, MGM and Warner Brothers.

More recently, avid classic motorsport enthusiast, Chris set up Faster Brands to exploit not only entertainment but also automotive rights in apparel and accessories with clients including Santa Pod Raceway and General Motors.

Chris also works with Brand Licensing guru David Bickers on brand development and strategy building for clients. David has an amazing track record in build brands such as Lords, Mini and Playboy.
